You! Us! We! Anyone can attend in cosplay, or hey if you’re taking pictures too???????

What? (You should bring)

Your own mug/tea cup. (Mandatory)

We will try to bring extra but honestly we don’t know how many people will show up, so you bringing your own cup is mandatory. There only reason we’re even considering bringing extras is for people who may not be in the know prior to the con. So bring your favorite mug/cup!

Blankets! (Not really mandatory but we might need a lot)

Obviously not hotel blankets cause that’s a HUGE no-no. But we’d appreciate if you could help us out by bringing a few so people don’t have to awkwardly sit on gravel.

Plastic Cups/Plates/Silverware!!! (Wow this would be helpful)

There will be a lot of snacks at this thing so this stuff is REALLY important!

Food/Drinks/Teabags! (Optional but would also be helpful)

We’d love it if you guys could bring snacks to help out! Finger foods and small baked goods mostly. If you don’t like tea then you can help out by bringing some beverage that isn’t hot tea! If you’re like me and love tea, then bring your favorite kind!

Thermoses (Totally voluntary)

With all the tea, we need lots of hot water! If you’d like to help us out by bringing a thermos of hot water, we’d be really grateful!

What? (To expect)

Expect to have a fun time enjoying some snacks with fellow cosplayers!

When?

The Saturday of AZ at three pm!

Where?

Across the street in the little plaza area near the large rainbow tower. To be more specific, the area between the Fire Wok and the Shish Kabob on Fayetteville Street.

Whatever else:

The same basic rules of any meetup apply here: Don’t be disruptive or bothersome, be respectful to all persons, conduct your self in an orderly manner, and just be generally on your best behavior. If you can’t do this I have no problem kicking you out.

It’s preferable that you’re in cosplay to attend this event but if not we’re not going to kick you out that would be rude.

If you have any questions feel free to ask me or Sey.

If you wanna help out in any way, then also feel free to volunteer! We could use all the help we can get!

If you’re planning on going we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know in advance. You don’t have to make up your mind immediately, but having a general number will help us better prepare!

I’ll bring some snacks!! this sounds like fun

i don’t have much in the mug department but i’m cosplaying as dave so i’ll make sure to find some kind of ironic thing to drink tea out of
